Apple Cider Punch - Spiced Rum Apple Cider Punch

Apple cider punch is a simple fall punch recipe made with apple cider, pineapple juice, and ginger ale that is perfect to be topped off with spiced rum like Captain Morgan, amaretto or vodka. Lots of sliced apples and lemons also make this punch festive and add additional apple and citrus flavors for a sparkling apple cider punch perfect for Thanksgiving or fall parties.

This punch is easy to make right before a party with chilled ingredients. It is super easy to also make ahead of time and just add the ginger ale to before serving along with the booze.

Apple Cider Punch Ingredients

The ingredients for this apple cider punch are simple combination of juice and fresh fruit.

The apple cider punch ingredients include:

• Apple cider
• Pineapple juice
• lemons
• apple slices
• ginger ale

To make the apple cider a spiced rum apple cider or another spiked version of this punch you will also want to have one of the following:

• Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
• Amaretto
• Whiskey
• Vodka

How to Make Apple Cider Punch

Begin making this punch by slicing up apples and lemons and putting in the bottom of the pitcheryou are making your punch in.

Over the top of the sliced fruit pour the pineapple juice and then the apple cider. At this point you could refrigerate the juice and then top off the juice with ginger ale later. Or just make it all now and serve it.

The apple cider punch is kid friendly and ready for all to enjoy. BUT - if you want to take it up a notch go ahead and spike it. Bourbon, vodka, spiced rum, and amaretto are good options.

But my favorite combination is the spiced rum apple cider punch since the spices blend perfectly with the apple cider and pineapple.

Ingredients

• 1 lemon sliced
• 2 apples sliced
• 6 cups apple cider
• 2 cups pineapple juice
• 1 cup ginger ale
• ½ cup spiced rum or vodka, amaretto, bourbon

Instructions

• In a large bowl or pitcher, combine lemon and apple. The pour the juices over the top of the fruit. Stir to mix.
• Pour the ginger ale over the top of the juices.
• To spike add the alcohol in the pitcher or glass by glass.
