Ingredients
- 2 shots gin (3 ounces)
- 1 shot Chambord (1.5 ounces)
- 1 clamshell blackberries
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add 5-6 blackberries, simple syrup, and juice from one lemon to the shaker. You can make your own simple syrup easily.
- Muddle the blackberries in the shaker. Top with ice, gin, and Chambord.
- Shake the cocktail together for 20-30 seconds.
- Pour the cocktail through a bar strainer into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
