How to Make a Buttery Finger Cocktail

After dinner drinks are the best. Especially ones that are rich and creamy and coffee-flavored. This might be my favorite after-dinner drink. The butterscotch schnapps gives it a great caramel flavor that makes me think I am drinking a caramel latte.

This is something I never see on dessert menus, but am going to start asking for when I am needing an after-dinner drink. While I have plenty of Kahlua cocktail recipes, this will be one I make over and over. Plus, it is the perfect fun shot for bachelorette parties and fun girls nights.

In a cocktail shaker, fill ice and put equal parts of Kahlua, vanilla vodka, Bailey's Irish Cream, and butterscotch schnapps. Shake to combine and then pour over a cocktail glass of ice. I love using my stemless martini glasses.

The cocktail is better with a cherry on top. I always have a jar of maraschino cherries to top a good cocktail. Buttery finer cocktails are no different. Go ahead and drop a few in for good measure!
