Ok, raise your hands if you have a coffee addiction. Yep, me too. I like lots of cream in my coffee too. And sweet syrupy goodness. You know, like a good caramel macchiato. Naturally, a caramel white Russian truly hit the spot one late Tuesday night.
Or a Monday. Let's be honest, Mondays normally drive me to drink more than a Tuesday does.
Which is why I love this coffee-flavored cocktail. Let's be honest, I have a problem. I love coffee. Most of the time my body is saying you need coffee but my brain knows I will need sleep. So, I choose booze. Afterall, don't we all need a nightcap?
Caramel White Russians
Kahlua.
Caramel Vodka.
To be exact. And then...
Half and Half.
Stir it on up. Go ahead a put a coffee stirrer in it. A thin little straw is just what you need to sip on this. While the recipe below spells out the ratio of the ingredients, feel free to add more or less cream to these Caramel White Russians. I might love cream as much as I love coffee, so I make sure to use plenty of cream.

Don't like caramel, use straight up vodka. Like vanilla lattes? Use vanilla vodka. Or better yet, for the pumpkin spice latte lovers, I give you Pumpkin Spice White Russians.

Omg! The caramel White Russian is to die for! I always order caramel macchiatos at Starbucks and these taste almost identical. With a lovely warm kick of course. Wonderful!

How do you take the alcohol out of a White Russian while still keeping all the smooth richness and bold flavor? It’s pretty easy—you just add coffee. Espresso powder bumps up the intensity of this drink, while salty-sweet layers of cream make this mocktail a luscious dessert-like treat. Sip up! MORE+ LESS-

Great recipe and even better with rum since vodka doesn’t agree with me!!
