The refreshing flavor combinations of the lemon and raspberries in this limoncello sparkling sangria makes this the perfect cocktail for any occasion.
Many of you may have found my blog thanks to the Limoncello Martini. One of my favorites! Since I now know so many people love cocktails with limoncello, I have been playing around with other ways to use it. I guarantee if you are a lover of lemon, this Limoncello Sparkling Sangria will not disappoint!
Limoncello Sparkling Sangria
I don't think anyone should be surprised by the fact that I have plenty of prosecco always on hand at our house. It is literally just chilling in my wine fridge waiting to have the top popped. I love simple cocktails, so why not combine the prosecco and the limoncello to make one heck of a sangria!
The basics of every good sangria are fruit. For this limoncello sparkling sangria, nothing is different. Keep it simple. Frozen raspberries and lemon slices are all I used. You could definitely use fresh raspberries too. I just like using frozen fruit as ice cubes too! Keeps the wine cold longer.
The next two ingredients are so simple.

Prosecco
You following? That is all people. Not sure what else you would need for a perfect lemon sangria.
I reserved about half the frozen raspberries for garnish in the glasses. Sometimes fruit just doesn't want to pour out of the pitcher. The struggle is very real and I don't want to spill a single drop of this stuff!
